You can delete the torrent after adding it to the transferlist, qb keeps a copy in the config folder. if you remove the torrent from the transferlist, the copy gets deleted. qb can automatically delete the torrent from the transferlist when it's finished (options-bittorrent-seed until the ratio reaches x amount then delete).
