I know this is an old post, but just so you know, if you set 'Stop seed ratio' to 0 and tick 'Remove at ratio', it will delete the torrent as soon as it's finished. You can delete the torrent after adding it to the transferlist, qb keeps a copy in the config folder. if you remove the torrent from the transferlist, the copy gets deleted. qb can automatically delete the torrent from the transferlist when it's finished (options-bittorrent-seed until the ratio reaches x amount then delete).
