Name your new folder "server-resource-packs". This should fix your issue, you can stop here. Once in the folder, delete everything in the folder. I have not had this problem myself but knew someone who did, it might work if u log out of ur account and then log back in, if that doesn't work i know it sounds dumb but try completely shutting down ur device if u haven't already. 1. level 2. When this happens, the player will be stuck on: 'Downloading Resource Pack, Making Request (%) ' and they aren't able to do anything ingame. Just to see what happens, I wrote a small plugin that enables the resourcepack instead of writing it in the bltadwin.ruties file. Doing this doesn't cause the player to get stuck on making the request, however it doesn't load the resourcepack either.
