Backup and sync keeps trying to download files






















 · I used a Backup Task option to automatically copy selected folders from PC to my DS+ encrypted Shared Folder. It finished yesterday. Today I click the task again to sync the backup and gets immediately stuck at processing, changing from 1 to 15 files back and forth, it never ends. In the sync log there are no files actually copied. Click Backup Sync in your Taskbar/Notification area using it's Cloud icon; Click the 3 dots to open Settings; Click the Preferences option - usually the 5th one down from the top; Once the Preferences menu pop appears, you will land in the 1st section.
