The Moto File Manager is not a preinstalled app here on our phones. But it can still be downloaded through Playstore and we had shared your concern to the team. Meanwhile, if your OTG shows with ES File Explorer, you can use it for the time being. Also, check out the File Manager app that's preinstalled on your phone. It has options for manage files via WiFi from a laptop so you don't have to plug in a USB cable.
