Simply cant open PDF's on websites in Chrome, but can in Edge, Firefox and Chrome incognito. Tried another W10 PC on a totally different 3rd network - same result. Conclude that its a Chrome issue possibly related to a recent Windows patch (as it all worked before). Download PDF Files on Chrome.
